"Be Kind to One Another because this life is hard enough"

Everyone has something that is going on in their life. Whether it be something good or something bad. One thing I've learned is that we don't know what goes on behind a person's 'closed doors' in their life and in their heart. Maybe they just lost someone close to them? Or they could be struggling financially and ready to lose a home? It could be their own 'personal demons' that they're fighting through their mental state, physical state or spiritual state of life.

Judging one another is not something we should be doing. "Do not judge so that you will not be judged." Matthew 7:1. People are always judging and condemning one another. Whether it be the clothes they wear; the color of their skin; if they have physical disabilities; the cars they drive; what they say or what they do or maybe where they come from.....It breaks my heart when I see judgement and criticizing of one another. There is just something about that that makes me sad. When I see a human being of the HUMAN RACE being hurt by others, I can't just sit by and watch. I feel the need to protect them. As a Christian, I have to protect in a way that is peaceful. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God." Matthew 5:9

I try and love everyone! Not just other Christians like me, but people from all walks of life, with all belief systems. How can we show Christ in our own lives, if we hate others? If all I do as a believer in Jesus is judge, persecute and condemn, then how can I expect someone to follow my Lord and Savior if they don't know how to make Him their own? "Follow me and I will make you Fishers of men." Matthew 4:19.

If everyone would just try and know Jesus, then the world would be such a better place. I feel like some people don't want to pursue Him because 1. They think He was just a man 2. They are afraid their 'worldly' life would change dramatically. 3. They are afraid of rejection. 4. Maybe they think others would persecute them.

It takes alot of faith to believe and it takes alot of 'seeking Him' to continue of that life of faith. Even the most fearful and faithful followers who have loved the Lord have lost their faith along the way. If they knew the Lord in the first place, they haven't lost their salvation, but they have turned to the other path and they need to be directed to the right course.

The ones who are 'lost' have allowed the world to slowly ooze back into their lives and into their soul and they've forgotten the ONE who DIED for them and loved them so much. The Christian walk is not always a 'flowery path' that continues onto a  yellow brick road. It isn't a 'Hollywood Christian' walk that the media has portrayed it to be or has condemned it to be.

It is a path of learning, challenges, heartache as well as a path of solitude, loneliness and spiritual warfare. The closer you walk with Jesus, the more poison arrows that satan will throw your way. But everything that has happened in your life, God has allowed those things to happen through His hands. These are trials and life lessons that we must be able to stand against. We must want to strive in our spirit to be able to say one day, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:7.

So, in conclusion, whether or not we all come from the same background, different backgrounds and circumstances in our lives....we must all try and help one another and get along with one another. We need to stop JUDGING and just LOVE one another. That is the true way to show Jesus Christ who is my SAVIOR and the SAVIOR of the world, that He dwells in us and we only know LOVE through HIM.
